  One phone call to this place told me everything I need to know about it. After being transfered 3 times to finally find someone who understood English, she didn't understand what I wanted. I simply wanted to ask if it was too late for a tax advance but her response to literally everything I said was "oh you want taxes done? yeah we do that just bring paperwork ok" Like a broken record she repeated this until I said no thank you and ended the phone call. Horrible experience and the worst part is I still don't know if they offer tax advances lol

  Made an appointment for 4 pm, arrived around 350, and after sitting until 430 I was brought back to a cubicle. I asked them to look to see if they could find more money out of a simple single filing, I was told if I didn't file there was a $75 fee, I asked if they only charged $40 to file and was told yes. "So, if you can't get more I'm paying $75 to find that out, or I can pay $40 to file and get less than I could on my own...?" I told her I would do them myself and was told "ok good luck." And on my way out told there's a free 'second look', so you're telling me you won't do a quick check now to maximize my return and secure my business, but will gladly spend your time looking post file for free. Good job H&R way to do business. As for this facility, drop in on your own time instead of making an appointment you're pressed to keep, as you'll be waiting anyways.
